1.
REVLON VOLUME+LENGTH MASCARA
This mascara retails for $5.99 at target. It makes your lashes long and they stand out. What I really like about this mascara is that it doesn't make your eyelashes look chunky. This sells for a great price and I recommend it!
2.
REVOS
(mint chocolate chip brownie, french vanilla snowflake)
I don't know about you, but my lips get REALLY chapped. I really recommend Revos. They are really moisturizing and smell SO GOOD! They also have really creative scents and most of them smell just like what they say.
3.
Baby Lips
(Cherry Me)
I love baby lips! They are great for middle schoolers. They are super moisturizing! You can buy clear ones or ones with a tint. They also smell sooooo good!
4.
Lotion
(Winter Candy Apple)
You're probably like- "Um, well of course we need to use lotion!" But really- it's a must have! I always keep a small lotion in my backpack when my hands get dry. My skin is sensitive and gets dry really easily so I have to put lotion on constantly. I recommend going to bath and body works for great smelling lotion like the one pictured!
5.
Eyelash Curler
If you have naturally dark colored eyelashes, then you can use this instead of mascara. But, obviously you can use it with mascara too. Make sure you are putting it on BEFORE applying mascara. And make sure you go down a little deeper if you aren't getting a big curl,.
6.
Vasaline
Vasaline will literally become your best friend. You can use it for almost ANYTHING! You can read some ways to use vaseline on a future post coming up soon.
7.
Perfume
(Winter Candy Apple)
Did you just run 9487520847829 miles in gym? Perfume is great for clearing up the stink! I suggest bringing a tiny perfume bottle to school and spraying some on in the morning.
8.
Eyeshadow Pallet
(Pixl by Petra)
Girls in your school might start playing around with their eye makeup. So make sure you go out to the store and get a good shimmery pallet to brighten up those eyes of yours and make them POP!
9.
Eyeshadow Pallet
(used for other things)
I use this pallet for many things. But I mostly just use the peach for my blush, and the brown for filling in my eyebrows. I wouldn't waste money buying an expensive blush or eyebrow filler when you can just use eyeshadow!
10.
Foundation and Concealer
(Almay and Elf)
Before you ask, yes the concealer isn't pictured. In middle school your face is probably gonna make you cry. Yes, we've all been there. Foundation just sets your skin tone and makes all the redness go away. Concealer covers up any spots on your face you want to hide. For example, a pimple. Just cover it up with concealer! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
11.
Small Brushes
These are VERY important. I use these for my eye makeup and my eyebrows. They are pretty cheap and easy to find around in stores.
12.
Powder
(Elf)
This powder sets your foundation and makes it last all day. It also gives a little boost of more color.
13.
Makeup Wipes
(toddler wipes)
Are those makeup wipes too expensive? Do you have toddler wipes just laying around in your house? Well you can use them for removing your makeup! I honestly think they work better. Your makeup comes off in one swipe!
14.
Eyebrow Plucker
In middle school, girls will start to worry about their eyebrows. No need to worry! Just buy and eyebrow plucker and you're all set! Sometimes you might need to trim them with scissors and all, but the excess hairs around your eyebrows always bug you. At first, it may be scary. If you are really scared, cough while you pull the hair out. Thats what I did when I started, and I couldn't feel it at all! But, I started to stop doing it and just got used to the pain.
15.
Big Brush
(ELF)
I love this brush from elf! I got this at target for $2.15! It feels very soft on your skin! You can use a big brush for powder, and I suggest getting a really cheap one for blending in foundation or other things.
Thank you guys so much for reading this, and I hope you guys get some of these things I recommend!
-KYLIE
